Canyon Sandals offer Sandals to humankind. The customer would be able to choose from an array of finely made footwear and its accessories which are carefully curated to provide our Canyonites the best from this footwear domain.
Representation of Products
Any representation of the colour scheme of the goods on our website is as accurate as possible; however, in some cases they are only indicative in nature. The products are handmade and essentially the highest possible craftsmanship and quality control ensured.Accuracy in terms of size or that arising of the overall make will always be subject to handmade finish.
Pricing
The price of the product shall be the price confirmed by us at the time the order is placed. The prices of products are likely to vary from time to time and the same will not have any impact on the products once the payment for the products has been made. In case of reduction in prices or in the event of any new offers or schemes introduced by us, no refund will be given on orders placed before the variation in price or introduction of offer. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Conformity of goods
Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues are correct. The product information and specifications provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.
While the color reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the differences in browser software or display hardware(mobile screen/tv etc) in place.
We will act immediately to correct any errors identified and are under no legal obligation to honor a price displayed in error.
Payment and Delivery
We allow users to pay using a trusted payment gateway. All prices displayed are inclusive of taxes at the current rate. Once an order is placed and/or dispatched, an email will be sent confirming all details of your delivery, including the carrier details and tracking information of your package.

Furthermore, the user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Canyon Sandals, its employees or agents harmless from any claims and expenses against use of goods of third parties sold on the website, including attorney’s fees, arising in connection with a violation of this agreement by you or through use of your account.
Canyon Sandals does not take any responsibility for delay in delivering products in the event where the user has provided the wrong address for delivery, user cannot be reached on the contact number provided at the time of placing order, premises of delivery are locked or any conditions as a result of the Act of God.
Governing Laws
a) Arbitration: These terms and conditions including the privacy policy shall be governed by Indian law. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
b) Applicable Law: The competent courts of Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
Any provision of these terms and conditions which is, or may be void or unenforceable shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect any other provision of these terms and conditions.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Upon confirmation of payment for the order (“Order(s)”) placed by the you, the Company directly ships any such Order via third party logistic partners. Your Orders are inspected thoroughly before shipment to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After the Orders are shipped, the Users shall be issued a tracking ID against their Order by an email. In case your Order is shipped through multiple shipments, a tracking ID shall be issued against each such shipment.
- The Orders will be dispatched within 2(two) – 3 (three) working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of confirmation of order and delivered within 7 (seven) – 8 (eight) working days from the date of dispatching such Orders. However, depending on the COVID-19 restriction delivery of Orders at certain regions may take up to 10-15 working days from the date of the dispatch. The Users shall be duly communicated in case of any such delay. If you are ordering our products during any sale event on our Website, shipment may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. The Users must note that all the timelines are provided on an assumption basis and could change due to unforeseeable circumstances.
- Our delivery partners shall deliver the Orders on best effort basis, however, in case they are unable to deliver the same, the Orders shall be returned to the Company with no exchange/return/refund.
For reassigning shipping again a separate service +shipping fee shall be chargeable if the buyer requests for re-shipment of the product.
RETURN AND REFUND
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of products sold by Canyon Sandals, you may email from the contact us page.
- Canyon Sandals do not return/exchange or refund a product once sold.
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
- Canyon Sandals reserves the right to terminate your account in case you are found in violation of the Terms.
- Canyon Sandals will not be responsible for any losses arising out of such termination of account.
- Consequences of termination: Upon the termination of your account, Canyon Sandals,shall be relieved of all future liabilities and obligations towards you.
CONDUCT OF THE USERS
- Threatens individual or the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting other nation;
- engages in commercial activities without Canyon Sandals prior written consent such as engages in contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising etc.;
- interferes with another Users use and enjoyment of the Website;
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the contents of the Website, Our Content or Software or modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website, Our Content or Software or remove any copyright, trademark registration, or other proprietary notices from the contents of the Website.
