How to wear Canyon Cliff 2 Sandals?
The new Canyon Cliff 2 Sandals are ready to wear. so no adjustments are required like the Cliff 1. Strap length is deliberately kept longer, so that you can cut it to fit your feet comfortably.

Order and Shipping

1. How Long will it take to ship the product?
   We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once the order is shipped it shall usually reach you within 3-7 days from our Pune warehouse. We ship with gold standard courier companies.
   
   
2. Return/Exchange or Replacement Policy
   We manufacture, check and ship products personally with due care. We request you to double check your footwear size to avoid the hassle of return, exchange and refund.
   
   
3. Change or Cancellation of order
   Contact support@canyonsandals.com as soon as possible. We shall try our best to cancel the shipment id request received within 24 hours of order placement.
   
   
4. How do I track my order?
   You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order shipped. Please note: tracking might not be available for up to 24 hours post the sandals are shipped.
